In a charming setting with a warm and friendly atmosphere, the Restaurant Le Hans’ can offer you a menu of gourmet delights that is suited to any taste and budget. You can choose between traditional dishes from the region and elsewhere, not forgetting the daily set menu or the “menu du Hans” with its fresh seasonal produce. There’s also the wonderful wine list, allowing you to sample fine wines by the glass. On the large terrace, enjoy a gourmet break across from the station.

Brasserie and restaurant in Valenciennes

As well as sophisticated dishes, Le Hans’ can provide you with brasserie favourites that you can enjoy in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. All the dishes are homemade and made on-site from the raw ingredients.

Some of the dishes to savour include Lucullus de Valenciennes (foie gras and beef terrine), grey shrimp croquettes, seafood and traditional choucroute, and tête de veau à l’ancienne (head of veal). Not forgetting the traditional rustic cheeses and the many delicious desserts, including the homemade Carpeaux tart and the white chocolate and speculoos merveilleux cake.

Le Hans’ Cuisine Gourmande is open year-round. For special occasions (such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.), we have special festive menus!

Breakfast from monday to friday: 6.30 am - 9.00 am
Lunch: from noon to  2.30 pm
Dinner: 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm

Closed on Sunday evening
