As well as sophisticated dishes, Le Hans’ can provide you with brasserie favourites that you can enjoy in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. All the dishes are homemade and made on-site from the raw ingredients.
Some of the dishes to savour include Lucullus de Valenciennes (foie gras and beef terrine), grey shrimp croquettes, seafood and traditional choucroute, and tête de veau à l’ancienne (head of veal).
